We cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized or destroyed by customs. In cases where the order is returned back to our warehouse in an undamaged and resalable condition, we may only refund the cost of the merchandise; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER REFUNDS
Because the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) places numerous strict regulations upon the delivery of consumable items into the United States, Source Vital may not be able to process returns on international orders. If you received the wrong item or the product appears defective, please contact Customer Service at support@sourcevital.co; we will review each circumstance on a case-by-case basis to determine if a return can be processed.
CUSTOMER REFUSAL
If you refuse an order for any reason, you may be responsible for return shipping fees, and we will only refund the cost of the merchandise, and only if in undamaged and resalable condition.
*As regulations change constantly, we strongly recommend that you check with your local authorities for information on regulations that may affect your ability to receive your order.
SHIPPING
If we ship foods as part of a service to you, domestic orders to the continental United States are normally shipped via UPS using the method chosen. The cost of the shipment is based on the weight of the order and is calculated when you check out. We reserve the right to ship your package using alternative carriers which are equal to or faster than the delivery speed of the method you choose.
All special shipping instructions must be given directly to the shipping carrier. Example: "Please leave at back door". Example: "Please ring apartment number ###". Your package will have a tracking number 24 hours after it has been invoiced, you can then contact UPS at 1(800)742-5877 to give them your special instructions for delivery.
